Objectives and Applications
The S2NG mission will provide continuity of the current Sentinel-2 mission, ensuring similar overall performance to that provided S2. The S2NG mission will enable enhanced capabilities relative to S2 through the inclusion of new bands and improved spatial resolution at some wavelengths.
