Objectives and Applications
A constellation of 24 satellites providing multispectral imagery for land-cover, vegetation, and crop monitoring. Eaglet-II is part of the IRIDE programme which represents an end-to-end system, consisting of sub-constellations of Low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites (upstream segment), ground-based operational infrastructure (downstream segment), and services tailored for the Italian Public Administration (service segment).
