A constellation of satellites to measure carbon dioxide (CO2(Weak, Strong)), O2-A, CH4, and CO emissions. As conceived, this constellation will include 6 satellites, with 3 flying in morning sun-synchronous orbits and 3 flying in afternoon sun-synchronous orbits.
