Objectives and Applications
The goal of FalconSat-5 is for cadets to “Learn Space by Doing Space” through real world, hands-on experience of a complete space mission design that supports DoD space science and technology objectives in the field of space situational awareness capabilities. The study of RF transmission and plasma measurement correlation in the ionosphere is the main topic of the FalconSat-5 mission to improve the ionospheric models.
