Objectives and Applications
|
Perform atmospheric CH4 measurements with high spatio-temporal resolution and simultaneous geolocation of source emitters, to be used for the monetization and quantification of methane emissions in the Oil&Gas industry .iSIM-90 is a precursor instrument observing the Shortwave Infrared (SWIR) spectrum from 900-1700 nm, thereby providing for the detection of CH4 using the absorption band between 1600 and 1700 nm.
