ScepterSat Mission

Objectives and Applications

ScepterSat constellation utilizes advanced hyperspectral sensors to observe from point-source to regional scales, with a primary focus on various air quality parameters, including major greenhouse gasses (GHGs). Combined with other, multi-tiered data (ground, aircraft, HAPS, and other satellites) in the patented ScepterAir Data Fusion Platform, ScepterSat will complement existing systems with higher spatial and temporal data for Energy, Transport, Agriculture and Health Applications. Scepter has also developed, for regional station-keeping observing, ScepterHAPS, the first stratospheric ballon-borne spectrometer validated with customer data to detect CH4 down below 20 kg methane per hour.
