RAX-2 (Radio Aurora eXplorer-2) was a RAX follow-on collaborative 3U CubeSat mission of the University of Michigan and SRI International, with the objective to study plasma field-aligned irregularities in the ionosphere. The satellite was launched in October 2011 and completed its mission in April 2013.
